What really stood out to me was how communicative she was. She always available to answer my questions and walk me through any paperwork or steps I wasn't sure about. Her responsiveness gave me so much peace of mind during what can be a very overwhelming process.

Jennifer was such a great partner in our home buying process! She was immediately available when we needed to reach her, and when she wasn't, she'd let us know ahead of time. There was a moment where we needed something ASAP and she had previously told us she would be unavailable...she still came through!

Overall, as first time homebuyers, Jennifer really helped ease us into the craziness of home buying. She broke down the granular parts of the loan processes and gave us all the information to make the right decision. I fully believe we are better off by using Jennifer and her services!

Stephen and Jennifer are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond helping us buy our first home 8 years ago. They took their time and made sure they put us in the perfect home for our family, they pointed out all the little things you will need to fix eventually as a homeowner, most of which we wouldn't have noticed with all the excitement of purchasing our first home. They also gave me a realistic mortgage payment , all the other realtors I talked to had me thinking I could afford double what I actually could.

Fast forward to a couple of months ago, I called Jennifer to refinance my house. Unfortunately my credit had a few dings on it and we almost didn't get approved, she went above and beyond to help get my credit score were it needed to be for the loan. She personally called each loan we were paying off with the refi, got our payoff amounts, even negotiated them down saving me around $3,000 or so that went straight in my pocket. She updated me every step of the way making it as smooth as possible, closed Escrow quickly and stress free.

Steve and Jennifer, yall are rockstars!!

Jennifer is the epitome of an honest, hardworking loan officer. She truly went above and beyond to get our loan approved.

This is the second time we've use Jennifer and we will never use anyone else EVER!

After our original loan officer failed, twice, at getting our loan approved, even after he was the one that pre qualified us, Jennifer jumped in and saved the day! She literally worked day and night and did EVERYTHING SHE COULD to not only get our loan approved, but did it in DAYS to meet our original time line of closing.

We had nothing but confidence that Jennifer would get the job done. She answers all questions in rapid time! She has back up plans just in case something comes up! She will make you laugh with her awesome personality!

I had an FHA loan and wanted to refinance since the rates had dropped and was hoping that I could get a conventional loan so that I would eliminate the MIP. My previous lender only offered me to do a streamline financing and would have had to keep paying the MIP. I contacted the original lender on my house and he connected me with Jennifer Rudnicki. Jennifer was on it. She responded to emails right away and got me approved for a conventional loan with a lower rate than my previous lender had offered. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Throughout the whole process I was provided with a prompt and excellent service. The refinancing went smoothly and she worked with my schedule. I am a happy customer and would definitely recommend to others I know.
