We've had two good and gratifying experiences working with Steve. First, our daughter & son-in-law were referenced to Steve, who patiently got the kids into a home after dozens of viewings (and multiple bids!) during the home price battles of 2020/2021. Then we recently worked with Steve in the purchase of a condo for us. Much of this process - from finding, to viewing, through contract negotiation, and closing - was done long-distance: we were in Denver and Steve supported each step. That included previewing property and bringing us into video calls before traveling to Tacoma for personal inspection. He learned what we wanted, what was important to us, and was a big part in making it happen!
