Stephen Zondorak founded Astor Lane Realty to carry out his vision of creating an exceptional customer focused real estate firm. Leaning heavily on his 15 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in which his focus was creating more efficient and effective processes for clients and stakeholders; Stephen leverages those skills to elevate the consumer experience. Whether it's using his ability to analyze potential opportunities for investors to maximize profit, translate market data for sellers to increase the number of offers for their home, or ensure buyers are educated on the comprehensive steps in the home buying process, he is singularly focused on exceeding the client's objectives and subsequent expectations.

He currently holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Business Economics from City University of New York: Herbert H Lehman College located in Bronx, NY.

Stephen enjoys spending most of his time with his wife and two young children. On occasion, you will see him reading books and playing sports.
