Stephne is a lifelong learner with an undergraduate degree in business & psychology from Austin College and from DePaul University a master’s degree in leadership and change management as well as advanced certifications in integrated marketing communications and grant writing. Her real estate designations and certifications include RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Rep), BPO (Broker Price Opinion Res), ADPR (Accredited Distressed Property Rep) and SSFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Rep). Before real estate, Stephne was an international change management consultant working as a business engineer helping facilitate business process change at major corporations in a wide range of industries such as the airline, appliance manufacturing, insurance, and retail chains.
Stephne loves what she does and her enthusiasm is obvious. Many of her clients have become friends. They know she has their best interests in mind and they trust her. When Stephne is not helping clients, she is an integral part of a not for profit scholorship foundation, enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, deep-sea and lake fishing, walking our beautiful lakefront, enjoying movies and fine dining with family and friends.
