Sterling was so nice to work with, she was so responsive and addressed any issues we had during the sale quick! The townhouse closed in a week and I couldn't have gotten the sale done without her expertise!

Sterling did an excellent job selling my townhouse. It was listed publicly on a Monday and had three showings a day for the next three days with two offers and sold by the end of the week.. I have to mention that she sold it for more than I asked

Sterling set-up all appointments while in labor with her first child. She finalized the contract while still in the hospital. Needless to say, I couldn’t be more impressed with her ambition and work ethic.

Sterling has an excellent knowledge of the industry and market and was such a joy to work with.
I highly recommend her!
