I was so impressed and appreciative of Steve and his team. I have worked with my business clients on over 50 residential and commercial sales for their families. This was a personal sale for my elderly parents. Steve and his team, including Felicia, were professional, responsive and proactive in addressing the hurdles that almost always come in real estate transactions. They were efficient and effective in listing, marketing, contract negotiation, and ultimately the formal settlement. My parents were treated like their family. The overall process was handled so professionally, with courtesy and timely and productive communications (their use of technology to effectively communicate was so helpful).
Would recommend Steve and his team to anyone considering real estate transactions from the sale and/or acquisition side. You will not be disappointed.

Steve's group got my old house sold in far less time than I expected, even after having to jump through a number of hoops, including a first buyer backing out, a low appraisal, etc.

The buying process for my new home was fast and easy. I feel like I got a reasonable deal in a neighborhood where homes sell quickly.

They did a great job, were prompt in returning correspondence, and proactive in addressing issues when they came up.
