We pay attention to details and process - we don't like surprises and neither do our clients, We use these strengths to navigate the process of purchasing or selling a home. However, the first step is to understand our client’s needs and to develop a strategy to meet those needs. As your consultant it is also our job to be candid and to set realistic expectations.

We have extensive experience working with first time home buyers. We take pride in taking extra care explaining the home buying process; from discovering the client’s needs to managing the transaction to closing. We also have experience with 1031 tax exchanges (a spectacular way to build wealth and delay taxes).
