Steve Brauer

Steve was a natural from day one in real estate and has enjoyed working with hundreds of buyers and sellers over the years. His calmness under pressure has served him well as an entrepreneur, sports coach and swim official, and especially in real estate. In college he was a teaching assistant for the math department and really loved mentoring, so it was a logical transition when he became Broker in Charge of the Coldwell Banker Advantage Chapel Hill office. There he gets to help newer agents learn the ropes and seasoned agents who run into unusual situations, while continuing his favorite part of the job, working with and representing buyers and sellers. He brings common sense, an impressive depth of knowledge, and quiet confidence.
