My wife and I were exceptionally thrilled to work with Steve on our recent home purchase. He provided all the help we needed through the search process (setting us up with daily email updates on the market). When we decided to purchase a foreclosed home, he worked through the extra complications like a champ, immediately connecting us with multiple lenders, multiple home inspectors, contractors, and every other service we needed. He stayed on top of the process and made sure we closed on time. Even after the closing, he continues to offer his services to us (including home renovation) and a surprise gift on our moving day. We were very thankful for his help, and highly recommend him. While my experience with him regarded purchasing, he seems to be able to sell as well. He recently listed the home of one of my friends, and had it under contract within a week (and they got the asking price). What continues to impress me the most is how hard he works for his clients. When we were casually looking for property, he was very laid back and non-pressuring. When we found something we liked, he jumped at it and pushed all parties involved to make sure we got it. It's rare to find someone with this combination who will be aggressive when you need it yet patient when you are still trying to make up your mind.

Steve was extremely receptive to our needs, he showed us our first houses on a day when he was extremely busy and probably hadn't had much personal time to himself, but he made time for us anyways. We found a house that we absolutely loved that day, and Steve made sure that we knew step by step what was going to happen with the buying process (we are first time buyers). I was going through a Divorce at the time and needed someone who could guide me through the painful process of selling a home that I loved, but needed to sell.
