Steve is fortunate to have had such a diverse background with multiple careers in his past. Not realizing how each one was building off the last. From the time he was 18 and working on million-dollar high rises in the city, to learning and understanding the Fundamentals of building and general contracting. From there it was off to the ER where he worked as an emergency room Technician. This was a fast pace, high-stress environment where decisions needed to be made on the spot. He continued his education in the medical field and went off to receive honors in paramedic class. Working in an ambulance was a great experience, the ability to help others in a time of need was extremely rewarding. His communication and leadership skills were used daily, this was a key to his future success as a real estate investor.
