Steve Cairns

Steve is a highly experienced, full-time realtor who has been associated with National Town and Valley Properties for over 20 years. He has successfully represented both buyers and sellers throughout the Woodland, Davis, and Sacramento area during his long, award winning career.

Steve has built a large client base due to his personable nature and ability to earn the trust of others. He takes great pride in providing honest, accurate information to his clients, as well as keeping them informed every step of the way on the path to a successful home purchase or sale. He has the reputation of a pleasant but tenacious negotiator. Giving back to the community has been a big part of Steve's life since arriving in Yolo County over 35 years ago. He has previously served as Chair of Woodland's Stroll Through History, served on the boards of WAVE Access TV, the State Theater Advisory Board, and volunteered with countless schools and organizations in the community. He currently serves on the Woodland Opera House Board of Trustees, and is the current President of the Woodland Opera House Guild, Inc.

Steve's efforts have not gone unnoticed. This year he was awarded Salesperson of the Year at National Real Estate, and has garnered "Top Producer" status the past 6 years running. Also this past year he was recognized with a "lifetime achievement award" being presented with the "Board of Trustees Excellence in Theater Award at the "Historic Woodland Opera House". He also managed to receive several "Chesley Award" nominations for Best Actor and won an "Elly Award" for Best Supporting Actor. He has performed in over 400 shows both locally and in other areas of the country.
