As an El Paso native, I know my city, its neighborhoods and our real estate market. I was recently bestowed REALTOR Emeritus status for my forty years service in the Real Estate Industry, all of it in El Paso. During this time, I have successfully relocated over a thousand clients in and out of El Paso.
I strive, at all times, to find my clients the home they are looking for but also to provide them with comprehensive details to enable them to make a good decision on their home purchase. On any home my buyer clients are interested in, I do a market analysis to inform them what the actual market value of the home is. Due to my exceptional knowledge of the real estate market, I also guide my home sellers with all the relevant information necessary to price their home correctly to avoid an excessive market time. In 2018, my listings sold for approximately 99% of their list price.
