Steve helped my partner and I purchase our first home. From the very beginning he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us set up searches and separate our wants from our needs. Having been in the business for awhile, he also had excellent recommendations for inspectors, titling companies, and mortgage lenders. He's very knowledgeable about what to look for regarding unforseen costs that may come up with purchasing a house and makes sure his clients are aware of any issues he sees. Overall the entire process felt very streamlined because of the work Steve was doing. I would highly recommend working with Steve, and I'm certain I will again in the future.

Steve Casalenda is a great real estate agent, he is one of the best. Our family has had the pleasure of doing business with Steve on selling 2 houses, 1 condo, and buying 2 houses. He always went above and beyond sharing his extreme knowledge and expertise on buying and selling a home. He has excellent excellent communications skills, always kept us very informed on what was going on and responded very quickly to any calls, texts and emails we had. He was always looking out for our best interest, and offered great advice on any details or issues we might have otherwise overlooked. If your home is in need of a little upgrade, Steve has many professional contacts that he can offer to make your experience less stressful. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job in a timely manner. Steve’s professional skills in detail and communication resulted in a very smooth and successful transaction of selling and buying a home. He exceeded all of our expectations. I've known Steve since childhood and was reconnected through a mutual friend. My siblings and myself lost a sister in October 2020. We found ourselves needing to sell a mutually owned property. Steve was very understanding and helpful through the whole process. He was patient with the long timeline it took to ready the property for sale. He also provided numberous referrals when requested, answered a million questions and always communicated in a timely manner. 5 star, A+, top notch experience with Steve Casalenda. Times are crazy and Steve went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I've heard stories about realtors - forget it! Steve is very knowledgeable about the twin cities and surrounding suburbs. He was patient while we looked at MANY homes.
