Steve and Christine started out with the question, “What would be your ideal house-selling experience?” and then they listened. Best start ever.

When I said I didn’t want to spend a lot of time on it, they listened and handled all of the details. They even offered to bring our trash out when I had to leave the state.

They had very loyal contractors, landscapers, and stagers that transformed our house at very little cost in a very short amount of time!

Their major improvements took only twenty-three days, and it was on the market!

They were very wise about the kind of improvements to make, starting price, and how to negotiate. They helped us sell the house for top dollar. I would highly recommend them.

I have known Christine for ten years and this was our first business transaction together. She was invaluable in assisting us with our home search in Lake Tahoe. She is very detail-orientated, organized, and professional. She understood exactly what we were looking for and also came up with creative and new approaches we had not thought of before. We were also very impressed with her extensive knowledge of the Tahoe area and negotiation skills. There was no hard sell or pressure at any stage of our search.
