Steve Cinquanti, CCIM

Licensed since 1980, Steve has had the opportunity to help buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords in every price range with properties ranging from residential to investment and commercial across the region. Spending four years in banking as a Mortgage Officer, he offers a strong financial background as well. Active and connected to the community, he is a Trustee of the Cortland Regional Medical Center serving on several committees and work groups. He is two times past president of the Cortland County Board of Realtors, past president of Chamber of Commerce, a Charter member and Past President of the Rotary Breakfast Club and a previous Campaign Chairman of the United Way for Cortland County. Steve was once named Realtor of the Year and "Distinguished Realtor" by the members of the Cortland County Board of Realtors and has lived and worked in the Cortland area his whole life.
