Eisen is past president of the South Tahoe Association of Realtors and held a seat on the Board of Directors of the Association of Realtors for 18 years. He has also held a seat on the Multiple Listing Service Committee for 34 years and chaired that committee seven times. He currently sits on the MLS Committee and Chairs the Grievance and Ethics Committee.
