Steve Fischer

Steve Fischer is a senior vice president in Northmarq's Seattle office. He focuses primarily on multifamily investment sales between $5 million and $40 million. Steve provides a wealth of knowledge to his clients from closing the sale, to 1031 exchanges to syndications. Steve has over 17 years of multifamily investment sales experience, with over 10 years as a multifamily property owner and manager.

Steve spent all of his career at Westlake Associates, Inc. where he started as an intern in 2004 and became a full-time broker in early 2006. Steve eventually made partner at the firm in 2012 where he spent the next decade serving on various planning committees including the executive board for the company.

Steve graduated from the University of Washington in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in economics where he served on the executive board at the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.

In Steve’s free time, he loves to play soccer, fish, hike, cook and is a devout Husky fan.
