As Epic’s Vice President of Operations, Steve Fox oversees projects throughout the West. Steve’s experience in the right of way industry includes directly managing and providing advisory support for a broad range of projects, from transportation to energy. He has worked with state transportation agencies and the private sector in California, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. He combines an innovative approach to project delivery with Epic’s project management technologies to yield exceptional budget and schedule benefits for clients. Steve works closely with Epic professionals, mentoring them in all aspects of right of way services. He is a respected leader, a licensed real estate agent in four states, and is well-versed in federal, state, and local regulations.
