About Steve

Steve was born in Manhattan, New York, and adopted at the age of four by Bruce and Nancy Gillooly, who later moved the family to Cary, North Carolina, when he was in the 5th grade. He was the class president of Cary High School in 1987 and went on to attend Louisburg College and NC State University, where he studied Business Administration.
Steve now has over thirty years of experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, managing multiple diverse companies.
His first business endeavor was the development and marketing of a fire retardant, Flame No More. As a high school student, he secured an investor to fund the product’s testing for the Underwriter’s Laboratory (UL) Seal of Approval.
Later, he opened one of the largest college nightclubs in Raleigh, NC. While operating, Steve started Capital Style Luxury Transportation, Inc. in Cary, NC. Capital Style was recognized as NC's largest ground transportation company for the last three years under its ownership by the National Limousine Association Magazine. Capital Style’s 33 vehicles provide ground transportation for over 250,000 people annually. NC Limousine Association voted Steve President in 2004 and 2005. He completed the sale of Capital Style Luxury Transportation in June 2005.
Steve's current focus is on commercial and residential real estate development and sales throughout North Carolina. He owns and operates his own Real Estate Firm, Gillooly & Associates Realty, LLC. He currently works in all areas of commercial and residential real estate, from all price ranges, including rentals for $800 per month, to multi-million-dollar transactions. He is a realtor and a member of the National Realtors Association and the TCAR Triangle Commercial Associates of Realtors. In conjunction, he has a real estate development company, Milan Realty, LLC., that specializes in residential, commercial, and office development throughout North Carolina. As a real estate investor, he understands both sides of the transaction. Milan Realty, LLC built 240 luxury apartments on Highway 55 By-Pass in Holly Springs, NC. Milan Realty, LLC has developed over 1,000 lots in Apex, NC, and over 800 Lots in Holly Springs. Milan Realty, LLC also worked with Lowe's Home Improvement to bring them to Holly Springs, NC.
He was the president of Cary Visual Art and a volunteer in several other local community areas.
His mission as a real estate broker is to provide the highest possible service available to buyers and sellers by guiding them through the complexities of buying and selling a home or business. Steve's goal is to be the best realtor that he can be and always maintain the highest degree of integrity, honesty, and trust with all his clients and friends.
