As a builder of real estate, Steven put his heart and soul into the projects he built and managed. Later on, advising sellers and buyers of real estate seemed like the most natural extension of the previous experience. During the first few years of real estate Steve has managed many listing and purchase transactions successfully, with sales topping 10 Million dollars to date.
Venice, Florida is a great place to live and work, which is why Steven chose this location to call it home. With roots in Arlington, Massachusetts, he came to Venice looking for a real estate career. Steven quickly started out transacting properties, being used to managing contracts in his previous work, while also volunteering for community projects for veterans and youth organizations in the local Florida neighborhood. With many years of making sure buildings were constructed correctly, advising clients on real estate potential is a perfect fit. When Steven isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find him playing tennis, bicycling, and enjoying time with friends and family.
