Steve is a results driven, entrepreneurial real estate executive with experience in a broad portfolio of projects including apartment buildings, residence halls, athletic facilities, renovations, marinas, residential golf course and clubhouse developments, single-family developments to an extensive portfolio of ultra-luxury high rise condominium and branded hotel-condominium projects. Steve is an expert in all aspects of the development cycle, from acquisitions, assembling associated design disciplines, entitlements, financial planning and forecasting, implementing the overall marketing and sales programs, construction and subsequent closing of a broad range of projects in excess of 750 million dollars. He has held development positions with both private and public real estate developers and has the passion and the proven ability to assemble great teams to design, market, sales, construct and close award-winning projects on time and on budget.
