About Steve

Born in Grand Rapids Steve has mostly been a lifelong resident of Western Michigan. After marrying his wife, the couple tried their hand in sunny Naples, FL, however, strong ties to family and friends pulled them back to Michigan a few years later. They were soon blessed with two beautiful and amazing daughters. Steve’s passion and love for all things real estate started at a young age when he teamed up with his sister to buy their first of many rental properties. Long hours of rehabbing properties carried into a job with a local builder, who specialized in ground-up construction of residential and commercial buildings. Steve then followed his boss to work for a lumber yard where he worked in various jobs before ending in the sales department. Steve and his wife have continued on with buying, selling, building and managing both residential and commercial real estate which led them to start WestEdge in 2009.

The past 17 plus years of experience on all sides of real estate have given Steve a vast amount of knowledge. Combine this with his fun loving attitude and true dedication to his clients and he makes for an ideal Realtor when buying or selling residential or commercial real estate. When not working, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, watching football (Still a Lions fan if you can believe it), and the rare round of golf.
