I've found by discovering your needs and requirements, I can more effectively put my expertise of analyzing, marketing and negotiating to work for you and put a sold sign on your property or keys in your hand. I utilize a Client Appreciation Program C.A.P. that helps me keep in touch with the needs of my clients.

Experience

I have had my real estate license for the past 13 years and I have been a full time agent going on 4 years. I've worked for some of the largest real estate companies in the area and I'm currently with a great company, GMT Realty. We have the best of both worlds. GMT is a small company that is under a larger brokerage, NewVision Real Estate. We're small enough to give you the kind of personal attention that is needed in today's busy market, with the experience to get the results you want. You won't be lost in an ocean of people here, because we simply refuse to compromise a personal touch.

With a previous background in the Healthcare, I.T field, I love to embrace technology, especially when it comes to marketing your home, finding the best deals available, and expediting paperwork.
