About Steve

Steve’s background in Real Estate goes back to the purchase of his first home in 1987. During his 10+ years with a National Corporation, MV Transportation, as the Fleet and Facilities Manager. He has successfully negotiated over two hundred leases, contracts, and/or purchases, in seven states and forty-seven different cities

He completed the UC Davis Business Management Program in 1999, his Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation course requirements in 2002,

He received his e-Pro designation in 2002, a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute 2004, and completed his Council of Real Estate Specialist requirements in 2005. Completed the Default Schools Training in 2007 and became a Certified REO Broker in 2008. He has performed Valuation services (BPO’s) and or listed approximately 120 REO properties through Premier Asset Service, Equator, RealTrans, RESNET, IMPAC, Precision Asset Management, Clear Capital, and many others.

Steve believes in a higher standard for realtors. After obtaining his California Real Estate Sales License many years ago, Steve made it one of his goals to acquire the experience, knowledge, and education to pass the difficult California Real Estate BROKERS License Exam. In May 2006 he was issued his BROKERS License.

Steve has served on a number Boards and Committees such as the Napa Chapter of North Bay Association of Realtors, Local Government Relations.

In 2010, Owner and CEO of Bradley Real Estate, Melissa and Robert Bradley recruited Steve to be one of the eight founding agents in their Napa Office.

Steve obtained numerous awards and recognitions in his Real Estate career, most recently 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010 Bradley Real Estate Napa, Top Producer.

Early 2018, Steve re-opened CONTINENTAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES (CRES), fulfilling a promise he made to his mentor Shane Depue, before her passing.

CRES is now currently providing all the same services as before, Sales, Leasing, Rental Property Management, Accommodations and Consulting. Recently, Steve has expanded his Real Estate Passion to include property rehabbing and flipping.

CRES has an exceptional reputation, and it has been said by many of his clients, Steve makes us feel part of the CRES family and fully trust that Steve is always looking out for their best interest.
