Coldwell Banker Commercial George in 2001 and has been consecutively awarded with numerous distinctions for his outstanding volume production.

Steve is well respected in the commercial real estate industry. He has developed a reputation as a trusted advisor and commercial expert among his clients. Many of them worked with him for over a decade. He provides a full range of commercial services including acquiring, selling, and leasing for retail shopping center, multi-family, office, industrial, and development sites. His objective through the transaction negotiation process is to create win-win situation for all sides.
Prior to being a real estate professional, Steve worked as one of the general partners and developers of the Miyako Hotel Little Tokyo (175 rooms,11 story) development. He handled the negotiations and coordination among City of Los Angeles, Architect, General Contractor, limited partners, and RE development attorney firms such as Loeb and Loeb - Robert Barry, O’Melveny & Myers - Larry Preble,
Gregory Thorpe from site acquiring, design, construction, operation, to sell the property to Kintetsu International and Obayashi Corporation.

Steve is actively involved in community services in Southern California. He is the Charter Member, past President, and current Advisor and Board Director of Kiwanis Club of Monterey Park.
