From buyers of a great Junior 1 on the Upper West Side: hello...our hero!...new york is treating us like a king and a queen!!! we are just today finishing up the renovation and i just told jerry that we have to send you a thank you and some pix! we will be leaving tomorrow for dc and fla to spend time with the kids/grandkids. the little apt has far exceeded our expectations...we absolutely LOVE IT! the building is just as wonderful as the apt and everyone here made us immediately feel at home. i believe the level club is the best kept secret in manhattan. location-location-location!!! we can go anywhere with no hassle at all. in the past month we have renovated the apt, ordered a few pieces of furniture, seen three broadway shows, learned where everything we needs is, etc...!!!! gillianber6 Bought a home in 2015 in Forest Hills, Queens, New York, NY 11375. Steve was willing to take a chance on getting me into a co-op in Forest Hills that other brokers wouldn't even show me, as my credit + salary make me a less-than-perfect candidate. He really helped me present myself accurately + honestly in the best way possible on my co-op application. He responded promptly to my anxious emails as I was going through the application process and waiting. He recommended an excellent local attorney when I asked for a lawyer referral. As Steve's operation is a small, local business, he is not able to provide some of the extra services that larger firms do, like doing your financial statement for your or copying multiple copies of your co-op application (although he did bind and tab them for me as a favor). However, he more than made up for it with his individual attention, guidance and support in getting through the long, painful co-op application process. I would not have been able to buy my wonderful apt in Forest Hills without him, and for that, I am eternally grateful
