Steve Holland is a great real estate agent to work with. He takes the time to listen and does his best to accommodate what you want out of your property. He gets the job done fast, efficiently and professionally. Our house was a difficult property, basically, it was a total mess, but with Steve, it only took 10 days to get an accepted offer! His crew even cleaned the house at a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Steve Holland and his team to sell your house. We put our house on the market and within 2 months, the deal was closed. My wife and I are very happy with everything.

Steve Holland was an amazing realtor to work with in the search for our new home. He went above and beyond all expectations. Very happy with everything he did and he is great with communication with progress or what we needed to have checked out or done from the purchasing side.

Steve lead us thru the entire process..our first time buying a home...him and his wife both are great friendly and knowedgable people..awsome to have worked with them !!
