He has personally been with KW for 19+ years and managed the Steve Horn Team for 12+ years. Have served on the ALC, graduated Bold multiple times, involved in MAPS coaching for 10+ years, ELP for Dave Ramsey and have always believed that less is more. They currently have a 4-person team and have averaged 75 closings for the past 5 years. Our business is 80% Sphere of Influence/referral business. You have seen me for years carrying around a cardboard Cactus at Family Reunion and Mega Agent camp.
