WOW!, what a great experience I had working with Steve Jones. This is the second home I have bought and my 3rd attempt at buying a home, To say the least I have worked with some very poor teams in the past this was not the case. I was relocating from Michigan to Florida to live in paradise and learn how to fly planes. I did a search for real estate agents in the Jacksonville area and Steve Jones popped up with a 5 star rating, I proceeded to call the number listed and no less then 24 hours later Mr. Jones aka Steve had a bunch of houses that met my specifications for me to look at. I told him which ones I liked and 4 days later I was in Florida driving around with Steve looking at homes. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about Steve and his whole team. I am a Combat Veteran who was looking to use his VA loan and Steve hooked me up with Craig Weeks from Wells Fargo they beat my banks loan rate and worked tireless day after day to get me down here and close on my home in under 40 days. The greatness didnt stop there Steve asked me if I knew who I would use for insurance and I said no Sir I do not. He directed me to a great guy names Dennis and I had the same exact experience with Dennis that I had with Steve and Craig nothing but top of the line always there if you need them professional gentleman. Steve made the transition from one state to the next a very smooth one for me, I honestly could go on for days about how professional his whole team is and how everyone he recommends comes with the same great attitude Steve has. If you ever find yourself with Steve Jones in his office or meeting him to look at home feel free to have Steve give me a call and I will verify all this we can even meet for wings and beer after Steve finds you your dream home or helps you with another transaction. If I could give this 10 stars I would but Google only allows 5, pick the phone up give Steve a call and you wont regret it if you do the beers on me.
