Steve achieved his dream of becoming a Real Estate Broker over 40 years ago in 1982. He finds it extremely rewarding and satisfying to match buyers with their perfect home or building and sell his client's properties promptly. In the early years of his career, Steve focused on H.U.D homes, foreclosures, and buying and selling rental properties while owning a convenience store called "Kaptain's Keg" in St. Clair Shores and later a Deli/Restaurant named "Kaptain's Kafe" in Warren, near the G.M Tech Center. His primary focus now is serving his client's needs in buying, selling, investing, and building properties. Steve is committed to making his clients' buying or selling experience as stress-free as possible. He is a hard-working individual who continually strives to improve himself and his organizational skills and stay up to date with the latest technological advancements in the real estate industry.
