Meeting people’s needs in real estate has been the hallmark of Steve's lengthy career. With 35+ years in real estate development, he has sold or managed the sale of more than 3,000 condominiums and well over 1,000 single-family homes. Steve joined Winkler Real Estate Group in 2012, drawn to Danny’s reputation for integrity and the family atmosphere among agents and staff.
Currently Steve is involved in construction, construction management, design, property management, lending, investments, and sales. He sells condominiums and single-family homes in all price ranges and markets. As part of that process, he undertakes the following: feasibility studies, marketing and merchandising plan development and implementation, ad campaigns, financing, agent management and training. His particular expertise has been in condominium conversion, and he has held leadership roles in some of the largest and most complicated conversions in the Bay Area.
In Steve's free time he especially loves outdoor adventures with his wife. Whenever possible, they enjoy time with their three grown children and their families. He loves travel and photography, hiking, golf, tennis, skiing, biking, camping, and kayaking. Most any activity out of doors invigorates his spirit!
