Learning at a young age that owning real estate can be the fuel that ignites wealth building, Steve found purpose and passion in guiding others through their real estate journey to a more fulfilling life. Steve was blessed and determined to purchase his first condominium in his early twenties. This led to his passion to help others "learn the ropes" of real estate, as not only a means to become the owner of a special place to call home, but to leverage this knowledge to live better. Whether this means never paying someone else's mortgage again through rent, or building an impressive portfolio of properties to leave to loved ones; the care, patience and loyalty that Steve offers can help you build wealth and will exceed your expectations every step of the homeownership process. He began his professional career working at the hospitality desk of the Honolulu Club while earning a Master's Degree in Communication from the University of Hawaii. Within a year, he advanced into sales and was recognized among the company's top sales representatives in the nation. Steve became the Director of Sales and Marketing and succeeded by listening more than speaking and being open-minded to new ideas, while always being courteously respectful of others. Since then he's been a business owner, global copywriter and consultant. Raised in Hawaii, he was ingrained with the values of culture, family, and most importantly, respect. The combination of being raised in a military family and his years of experience in the highest level of customer service and sales made him driven and confident, while at the same time, humble, gracious and relatable. Steve lived in 12 different towns on Oahu from Pearl City to Kaimuki, both owning and renting, although he would live on the beach if they allowed his pets. He is a foodie who loves working out, but not nearly as much as dining out. Despite his "brown thumb," he's enjoyed attempting the art of bonsai for nearly 20 years. His high school sweetheart is his best friend, and their young son is the light of his life. Volunteering at Hawaii Pacific Health, Friends of Hawaii Charities and supporting Project Hawaii are a few ways Steve enjoys paying it forward and back. Steve's desire and quest to find that perfect home has led to this exciting path. He puts his clients' interest first with unwavering dedication to achieve their real estate dreams.
