Steve’s roles include business development, client and relationship management, and appraiser development.

During his 20 year appraisal career Steve has served in the following roles:

• Valuation Director for a national company contracting directly with Fannie Mae. Steve built and managed a national forensic appraisal review platform that completed over 80,000 forensic reviews, while maintaining quality scores at or above 98.5%.

• Director of Appraisal Review for a National AMC, specializing in appraisal review and quality control services, as well as offering residential and commercial appraisal services.

Chief Appraiser for leading national wholesale and retail mortgage lender

Owner of his own fee appraisal business for over 10 years, handling conventional, FHA and VA and relocation appraisals.
