Steve Klein

As a commercial real estate professional, Steve is experienced in all aspects of real estate brokerage and management. Mr. Klein also has a broad understanding of the development and asset management of office, retail and multi-family properties.

Since 1998 Steve Klein has been a Vice President with Klein & Heuchan, Inc., one of the Tampa Bay area's largest commercial real estate companies. His responsibilities include the leasing and sale of real estate assets including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and vacant land. Steve has represented private and institutional organizations in both the acquisition and disposition of real estates assets throughout the region. During his tenure with Klein & Heuchan, Inc. Mr. Klein has also developed over 60,000 square feet of office and industrial properties.

Mr. Klein was previously employed by both CRI, Inc. and later its sister company Capital Management Strategies, Inc. in Rockville, MD. As Assistant Vice President for Multi-Family Housing, Mr. Klein was responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of over 13,000 government assisted apartment units.

Mr. Klein also served as the Director of Asset Management for Community Preservation & Development Corporation in Washington, DC. While at CPDC Mr. Klein was responsible for the asset management of approximately 4,000 apartment units financed under various government programs.

Steve holds a degree in finance from American University in Washington, DC.

Mr. Klein presently serves on the board of directors for a number of organizations including the Better Business Bureau of West Florida; the Morton Plant Mease Hospital Foundation's Corporate Associates; the Jewish Federation of Pinellas & Pasco Counties; the Menorah Manor Foundation; and the JCC Suncoast.
