Steve joined the Kim Alden Team in 2022 as our Team Manager. Our agents & staff are excited to grow under the guidance of his leadership in the years to come.

Steve is a 16-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the Chicagoland area in over 2,800 real estate transactions. Steve has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first.

Steve feels fortunate to have discovered, through the peers and mentors who guided him, a unique way of working in real estate that aligns with his personal and professional values; he views himself not just as a Realtor, but as a trusted adviser, helping clients not only to buy or sell but to strategize toward long-term wealth building in real estate. When he’s not running around town, you can find Steve at home with his wife, Erika, or chasing his kids Taylor and Graysen on the soccer field. Steve is a total foodie and craft beer enthusiast.
