Steve is an experience licensed real estate professional with a demonstrated history of working both the retail and investment side of the industry. He is skilled in process improvement, sales/marketing, and negotiating. Steve has a strong educational background with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Steve moved to Columbia, South Carolina in 2012 from New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. He studied Civil Engineering at Florida Institute of Technology and enjoyed playing golf for the school during his four years. Recently after graduation, Steve found real estate to be an extremely fascinating marketplace and began to invest in it. He realized very quickly that he could apply his analytical skills from engineering to streamline processes, appreciate the competition of sales, and supply valuable insight to potential buyers and sellers to help them carry out their goals.
