One of the hardest working agents I have come across in 25 years. I went through 2 agents trying to sell a rental property with no luck. Steve sold the house within three months of taking the account. He is transparent, honest, and tells you what you need to hear as opposed to most agents telling you what you want to hear. I have referred him several times since.
