I have an excellent background for commercial investment properties, including commercial property management and business leases. I also have had a great deal of experience in new construction of both commercial business and residential development. I have worked with local developer and entrepreneur Jerry Baker for more than 25 years. It was a great Real Estate Education. I was involved in commercial real estate in Canton at the Belden Village Mall. I am also well acquainted with the financial aspect of commercial and residential lending. Having had a father who was president of a local bank and working for a period in the banking business.
