Simply the best. Having better than expected results with Steve 16 years ago on the sale of a home I didn't hesitate to contact him again. This property was under contract in 3 1/2 days for above asking price. Steve and his staff remained vigilant through the process, keeping me informed of the current status and promptly answering any questions I had. The only stress encountered from the experience was sorting and packing my belongings.
