In this extremely competitive market, Steve is the agent you need!

We first met Steve when he came to our home in Lakeville to give us a bid on remodeling our kitchen. When we set up the appointment we did not know that we would be considering making an offer on a house (outside the metro area). When we told Steve about the house, he gave us advise on how to make a competitive offer!! He even took the time to speak to our "buying" realtor We got the house! And we know, without a doubt, that without Steve's knowledge we would not have secured the deal on our new house.

Regarding the selling of our home in Lakeville, we worked closely with Steve to decide on updates needed, price, listing date, etc. He was there every step of the way to make the process flawless.

Very professional, extremely courteous. Very friendly. Very caring. He was making sure I could get in or use the stairs. So kind!! He found us houses that were in our price range & fit our needs, he didn’t show us anything that didn’t fit. We had an issue at the beginning with approval & he stayed with us. He was always calling to make sure we were happy with what was going on. He was very patient & calming when the stress got to me. We have already recommended him to my sister, who’s looking to sell their home & find something less demanding then a whole house, & my other son & his wife, when they will start looking for a home for themselves. We enjoyed working with Steve as we looked at for a house. He was upfront with the challenges of the current market, yet worked hard to find places that fit within our budget. He shared his knowledge of house construction as we looked at places, letting us know what was good and what was a concern. He knows what it takes to win a bid and did his best to help us make the best offer that we could afford. Not only did we find an amazing house, but we made a friend in the process. Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional and gave us information at every step of the process. He made recommendations on things that needed to be done to make the house the most presentable.

Even though the house sold on the first day of showings, Steve kept in contact with us every step of the way, and even attended the closing.

Steve represented us as a buyer's agent when we made a move from the West Coast back to the Midwest. He did a great job in listening to what we were looking for in a home, set up a great search for us, and provided great communication and responsive feedback over about a 6 month period of time as we reviewed and traveled out to look at a handful of homes. His knowledge of construction was very helpful as well, as he looks at a home not just cosmetically but also structurally to make sure his buyer knows what they are getting in a purchase. Steve was extremely helpful in finding the home with the features we desired. He was patient as we looked as several homes and sincerely was interested in meeting our needs. His remodeling experience was very helpful as he offered useful suggestions and tips to us regrading the homes we viewed. He also pointed out in numerous occasions, items of work or repair that were needed on the homes we visited. His experience in bidding proved to be the reason got our home.
Steve was aggressive in the marketing(open house showings) and sale of our previous home. He knew from experience the correct pricing and negotiation techniques.
