Florida Realty Enterprises, LLC (“FRE”) was formally established in March of 2011. Its owner, Steven R. Medendorp, Esq. is a licensed Florida attorney as well as licensed real estate broker. Mr. Medendorp has a vast wealth of experience in handling a broad array of real estate transactions. Mr. Medendorp’s prior experience includes serving as corporate general counsel and chief operating officer of a statewide real estate, lending, property management and title company. Having worked directly with first-time home buyers, sellers, real estate investors and commercial acquisitions/sales, Mr. Medendorp has the experience to help assist you with whatever your real estate needs are.
