Steve Mills

As a real estate consultant and entrepreneur, Steve Mills has spent the last 30 plus years advising clients in real estate related matters. He has worn various "hats" during this period of time. His daily activities include real estate consulting, brokerage, and development. Along with partners and stockholders, he owns and operates companies in the fields of construction, property management, and finance as an adjunct to his real estate activities.

EDUCATION
A graduate of Western Illinois University with a degree in Administration. Holder of the CCIM designation. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the National Association of REALTORS®, he has demonstrated expertise in real estate investment analysis, taxation, and property investment. This designation is bestowed on a limited number of individuals and certifies his knowledge and expertise in the real estate investment field. This certification coupled with his experience provides him with greater credibility in working with clients, lenders, peers and governmental entities during the land use approval process.

Bear Realty, headquartered in Kenosha, Wisconsin, was founded in 1924 and has successfully operated in Southeastern Wisconsin since that time.
