About Steve

Hello, I am a Real Estate Consultant! I have extensive experience in Buying and Selling properties in the Louisville (Jefferson County), Oldham County and in Bullitt County areas . I graduated from Anderson College in Indiana with a Major in Business and I also had Minors in Bible and Christian Education. After college Uncle Sam asked for my assistance and I found myself very quickly in Basic Training in Fort Knox KY. I left the service as a Captain in the Field Artillery. After my service obligation was completed in 1982 I found myself in the Telecommunication Business working with GTE, Bellsouth and AT&T. At every stop my personal or team productions were acknowledged as Top in Class.

My experience with sales and sales contracts were a great preparation for my Real Estate Career. I only wish I had landed in the Real Estate world sooner! I started with a large competitive firm here in Louisville. in 2002 my first year in Real Estate sales I sold 56 properties exceeding 7 million in sales. I was recognized as the "rookie of the year" and also was in the firms Top 25 agent from a fiend of 972 agents.

That was my start which lands me where I am today. I am pretty proud of what I do, I assist people in making one of the significant decisions in their lives. Not only that I take pride in how I do it. I listen to my client, and my clients will tell you that I always treat my each of them fairly and with respect. Then I get to work, working hard to sell their property or to find a new one. I always try to offer the best direction and advice to every client.

I have made my Professional Home at Re/Max Properties East with the Sokoler Team! The Sokoler Team not only sells the most properties in the Louisville Area we also ranked as one the Top 3 Re/Max producing Teams in a 3-state area. We all work hard together trying the raise the service bar for all of our clients. It helps when you work with a Team that works hard together.
