Steve Person’s passion for exceptional client satisfaction and the Twin Cites area are two of the key pillars of his real estate success since he became a real estate professional in 2003. Steve recently joined has a wealth of knowledge of the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding neighborhoods. He is particularly skilled at listening to his client’s needs and has developed a client-centered philosophy that enhances every transaction which guides his clients seamlessly through their transactions. Steve enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and invests time into his clients by getting to know them to fully assess their needs in order to help them realize their real estate goals. With an honest and enthusiastic approach, he is committed to providing the necessary energy and strong negotiation skills to exceed his client's expectations. Additionally, Steve is also well versed in commercial and investment real estate.

Steve also holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s. Steve and his wife have two children (twins) and recognize the importance of giving back to the community. They are both involved in a number of charities including Hospitality House Youth Directions, Bridging, NAMI, Gigi’s Playhouse, and Interfaith Outreach Partners.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys running, skiing, and having an active lifestyle by experiencing the cultural, recreational and social opportunities the Twin Cities provides.
