My family and I were in great hands with Steve and his team. Steve helped us sell our place in Chicago and purchase a home in the 'burbs. He was very accommodating of our busy schedules and last minute requests for showings. I felt like he had our best interests at heart and always had our backs - sharing his experience and knowledge in an industry we weren't familiar with. The little surprises like buying pizza for us and our movers on move-out day shows how much he cares. I would 100% recommend this team to anyone.

We worked with Steve, the owner of Redefined Residential, to buy our new condo and to sell our old one and we could not have been happier with the experience. He was super responsive (at all times of the day) and extremely accommodating to our work schedules, willing to meet for showings in the evenings and on weekends. He quickly figured out what we were looking for and within two weeks of searching we were offering on our new condo. During the search, with his extensive construction background, he was able to provide insight that we usually wouldn't have thought of. He constantly kept us updated and it was clear he worked tirelessly to get us the place at the price we wanted. On top of that, as we knew we would be renovating, he had some great ideas for this and was even able to recommend a designer for us to work with.

As for selling our old unit, the experience was just as smooth. His AV team was extremely professional, took amazing photos and made a video tour of the place to be used for the listing. We were still living there while the new place was being renovated and he always made sure to schedule showings in a way that minimally impacted our life/schedules. Our place sold for a great price and he was there every step of the way.

I absolutely recommend working with Steve and Redefined Residential and will definitely be calling him if/when it comes time for us to move again!
