Steve Ragghianti

Steve Ragghianti began his real estate career in 2003 and has built many relationships with numerous property investors/owners and tenants by representing them as buyers and sellers, property owners and tenants. He manages leasing of office, industrial and mixed-use buildings, as well as land, residential and multifamily unit sales throughout Marin and Sonoma counties. His expertise is in acquisition, leasing, stabilizing and disposition of existing properties and new development projects. Throughout any transaction, Steve excels as a liaison between sellers, buyers, property owners, tenants, and municipalities. Prior to joining Meridian Commercial, from 2013 to 2017, Ragghianti consulted on numerous industrial deals for a private investor. Before that he spent 14 years as a successful residential agent with Frank Howard Allen and Coldwell Banker.Born and raised in Marin, he has extensive knowledge of current markets and investment opportunities in commercial real estate throughout the North Bay.
