Steve was our realtor for a home purchase in the Southtown area of San Antonio. He was quick to respond to the many questions I had and was flexible with scheduling time for appointments. The process of buying a home can be daunting but Steve was there every step of the way. Steve Rico is the best kind of agent - responsive, professional, knows his stuff, and is just terrific at what he does. He helped me purchase two places in San Antonio about five years ago. When I was ready to sell, he was my first call. I live out of state, so Steve handled absolutely everything so I didn't have to fly to Texas. His connections with contractors saved me a ton of money on prepping my house for sale, and when the property went on the market, he got me multiple offers the first weekend it was on the market. My house sold for about $25k over what I thought was possible, and Steve was on point throughout the process with the paperwork and the negotiations. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time with lame agents when you can call Steve. In addition to being excellent at what he does, he is just a great guy and fun to work with. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Steve as a realtor to help you sell or buy property. He has helped me and my wife as first time home buyers by pretty much doing everything. He found us a great lending agent, inspector, and walked us through the whole process. Was a great advocate through the difficult negotiating process and got us a very good deal on a beautiful property. He is very responsive and I could always count on him to give me information I need in a timely manner. I had such a great experience with him the first time, I hired him again two more times to help me sell the house when I had to move and buy my new house. I was unable to travel freely due to COVID so he pretty much did everything in my stead and got us a great deal on another beautiful property. He also brings added value through his broad connections with contractors to help you fix whatever needs to be fixed and negotiates great deals. I am very satisfied with his services and highly recommend him.
