About Steve

Steve Romano, Managing Broker/ Owner of RE/MAX Solutions is known as the "source" of real estate in the Cocoa Beach area. He started selling real estate in 1985 quickly building the property management department into one of the largest divisions in Cocoa Beach. In the mid 90's, Steve focused on selling and became one of the top buyer's agents in the state of Florida. In the late 90's he hired Justin Brown (The current broker owner of RE/MAX Elite) and they teamed up to list and sell millions of dollars in real estate. In 2001 Steve bought the company, formerly known as US AREA Realty and grew it to 6 offices with close to 100 agents. In 2005 he sold the company and managed the two offices in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. In the latter part of 2008 he teamed back up with Justin and took over the Cocoa Beach office and by the summer of 2012 it was the highest producing office in the Space Coast Association of Realtors.
Steve also is active with the Board of Realtors. In 2003 he served on the Grievance Committee and in 2004 worked on the merger task force. In 2005 he was nominated and elected to the board of directors and became President in 2006. In 2007 he served on the professional standards committee and the next year he became Chairman, which he chaired for 2 years. In 2012, Steve was re-elected to the Board of Directors.
Steve is also known for his charitable work. For 8 years Steve, sponsored and coached in the Cocoa Beach little league.
