About Steve

Graduated US David with a bachelor degree in Economics in 1985.
1985 to 1988 I had a sales job with Diagraph Corporation serving San Jauquin Valley.
1988 to 1990 I worked for Shnider commercial Real Estate in Sacramento, office sales
and leasing.
1988 to Present I have worked in the real estate business beginning with my Father and
DBA Rose & Associates. I started Rose Real Estate Group in 2016 with the passing of
my father. During this time I have vast experience in all aspects of commercial and ag
real estate, residential sales, residential and commercial development, appraisal. In
2001, my Father and I founded Country Club Mortgage which became Tulare County’s top
lender. I took over as President in 2014 and have cast experience in all aspects of
residential lending.
