About Steve
Steve is the current President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Sarasota Association of Realtors. He is a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate brokerage scene in the Sarasota, Manatee, and Venice areas.
Steve is active in sales, leasing, and consulting for office, retail, and industrial properties and is frequently used by out-of-the-area brokerages for tenant representation in locating properties for their use. Steve also holds security licenses and is able to sell Tenant In Common (TIC) interest in Institutional grade properties throughout the United States, primarily for 1031 Exchange replacement property.
